Mike and Christine Peters, a husband-and-wife team of pitmasters and grilling pros, travel the U.S. touting barbeque on behalf of the Kansas City Barbeque Society, America's largest BBQ organization. They've won numerous awards on the professional barbeque circuit, most recently taking home top honors at a California State Championship. Mike and Christine have been invited to compete at the Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational Barbecue, and now they're sharing their rich and flavorful recipes with Redwood Creek fans.
